Register for free, create a campaign - choose a ready-made package (3, 5, or 10 videos) or set up a custom campaign. Creators submit offers, you pick the best fit and pay securely through the platform. The creator produces the video, you review it, request revisions if needed, and approve the final version with a license - ready to run as an ad.
How much does a UGC video cost?
Video packages start from 1,999 PLN for 3 films. Super Video packages (1-2 films with hooks) start from 1,299 PLN. In custom campaigns, creators set their own prices. Concierge (fully managed) packages range from 7,999 to 15,999 PLN for 6-16 films. We accept payments in USD, EUR, and PLN.

Concierge is our fully managed service for brands that want turnkey UGC production. We handle everything - creator selection, briefing, production oversight, and delivery. Packages include 6, 10, or 16 films, designed for scaling brands that need high-volume video content.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are held in escrow on the platform. Your money is frozen until you approve the final video. You never pay a creator directly - the platform protects both sides of the transaction. We accept USD, EUR, and PLN.
What if I'm not satisfied with the video?
You can request revisions before approving - leave timestamped comments on specific moments, and the creator will adjust the content. Your payment stays frozen until you accept the result. If the video doesn't meet the agreed brief, you can withdraw the order.
How long does video production take?
Each creator's offer includes an estimated delivery time. Typically, you can expect the finished video within 5–7 days. The total timeline also depends on whether the creator needs to receive a physical product first.
How do I send my product to the creator?
After selecting a creator, you'll receive shipping details through the platform. Ship the product and mark it as sent. The creator confirms receipt and production begins. For digital products, this step is skipped entirely.
Does ViralPlace handle licenses and copyrights?
Yes. Every video comes with a license - 3, 6, or 12 months depending on your campaign type. Contracts are generated automatically. We'll notify you before a license expires so you can extend it. No legal gray areas.
